1. All items are SOLD "As Is - Where Is", with No Exchanges, No Guarantee, No Refunds, and Absolutely No Warranty Expressed or Implied.
2. Other than the "Terms & Conditions", this listing is NOT a Guarantee or Warranty of the Quantity, Quality, Year of Vehicle or Descriptions herein.
3. ALL ITEMS Purchased MUST BE PAID for in FULL, either during or within 1-hour after the Completion of Today's Auction.
4. ACCEPTABLE PAYMENTS:
A. Cash w/ No 3% fee.
B. Bank Transfer Today w/No 3% fee.
C. Visa - Mastercard - American Express - Discover Credit Cards are accepted w/ No 3% fee.
D. Checks from Bidders having the Adams & Adams "Preferred Customer" Check Approved Card w/ No 3% fee.
E. Guarantee Bank Letter to: Adams & Adams w/ Auction Name, Date of Auction and Guarantee Dollar amount, w/ No 3% fee.
F. All OTHER checks with less than $ 3,000.00 amounts will be accepted with a 3% of PURCHASE FEE. Example: If your Invoice Total, including the 3% Fee, EXCEEDS $ 3,000.01, TWO (2) or MORE CHECKS WILL BE REQUIRED.
5. Failure of Payment: According to (Chapter 2 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code), If a Buyer fails to make Full payment after the completion of this Auction Sale, the Auctioneer may at their discretion, Resale such property at Public or Private sale & the Original Buyer shall be required to pay for any or all expenses incurred, including Attorney Fees.
6. Items will be sold TIMES the Quantity unless announced by the Auctioneer.
7. This Auction is subject to the Sales Tax Laws of Texas. Resale Buyers must have your Texas 11-digit # in our file BEFORE you Bid.
8. Neither the Owner nor the Auctioneer assumes any responsibility for any injuries suffered on the Auction Premises before, during or after this said Auction Sale.
9. The Buyer is responsible for removing all of the items or entire lots off of the Auction Site within the time frame printed on this listing.
10. 10% Buyers Fee Example: You bid $ 100.00 + $ 10.00 Buyers Fee = $ 110.00 + Sales Tax. Exempt Buyers are Exempt from State Sales Tax, but NOT THE BUYERS FEE. A 10% Buyers Fee is in effect for this Auction Sale. Please keep this in mind when you bid.
11. Announced Terms SUPERCEDE Printed Terms.
12. The Auctioneer may Add, Delete or Combine items or lots for this Auction Sale.
13. Adams & Adams Staff CAN NOT LOAD your items, However you will be checked out. DO NOT LOAD items WITHOUT your Invoice.
14. Bid increments are at the Discretion of the Auctioneer, PLEASE, NO SMOKING INSIDE.
15. Adams & Adams Requires Buyers to show Bidders Numbers at the time of each purchase.
16. This Auctioneer is licensed and regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation. Licensure with the Department does not imply approval or endorsement by the State of Texas.
