Registration  

When you attend an Adams & Adams Auction, your first step is to register and obtain a bidder's number.  You will need your valid driver's license in order to register. You are provided a detailed item list or you can obtain a copy from this website before attending.  It is important for a first time buyer to utilize the viewing times in order to thoroughly inspect what we are selling today. 

If you would like to be an Adams & Adams Preferred Bidder you can pick up our form at registration.  Once approved, you will receive a Check Approved Registration Card in the mail.  This enables you to be check approved at our next Auction without having to be pay the 3% check fee.

How We Sell

We use digital photography to allow each person attending our Auction to see each item we are selling.  You can still walk the Auction or sit comfortably and view what we are selling on multiple monitors.

Payment Methods

• Cash w/ No 3% fee.

• Bank Transfer Today w/No 3% fee.

• Visa - MasterCard - American Express - Discover Credit Cards are accepted w/ No 3% fee.

• Checks from Bidders having the Adams & Adams "Preferred Customer" Check Approved Card w/ No 3% fee.

• Guarantee Bank Letter to: Adams & Adams w/ Auction Name, Date of Auction and Guarantee Dollar amount, w/ No 3% fee.

• A 3% FEE will be added to ALL other checks without a Bank Letter. If your Invoice Total, including the 3% Fee, EXCEEDS $ 3,000.01, TWO (2) or MORE CHECKS WILL BE REQUIRED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Absentee Bids

If you cannot attend an Auction, we accept Absentee Bids only after you have viewed each item either in person or by photo on this website.  Our Absentee Bid form enables you to submit both a minimum and a maximum bid. 

Full payment must be left for the total Absentee Bid amount.  This total includes tax and buyer's fee. Full payment may be left in the form of cash, credit card, or check. 

If you are the high bidder,  you will be notified the day of the Auction and are still obligated to meet the removal deadline.

Buyer's Premium

There is a 10% buyers fee added to each bid amount.  Please keep this in mind when you bid.  Example: You bid $ 100.00 + $ 10.00 Buyer's Fee = $ 110.00 + Sales Tax. Exempt Buyers are Exempt from State Sales Tax, but NOT THE BUYER'S FEE.

Resale Buyers

Resale Buyers must have your Texas 11-digit # in our file BEFORE YOU BID!  This form is available at registration.  Please fill it out and give it to the cashier before bidding.
