Once a date has been agreed on for your sale, a time line with
specific time schedules are then set so we can accomplish the proper
details such as:
A.
1-day for appointment to view inventory.
B.
1-day to acquire description information, take photos for the
brochure and newspaper advertisement.
C.
1-day in the office to place this information on the Web Site,
within the Brochure and create the Newspaper Ad. We also post our
Auctions on several National Web Sites such as the Texas Auctioneers
Association, the National Auctioneers Association and Auction Zip.
D.
2-days to get the Brochure back from the printers.
E.
½ day to print Mailing list and address Brochures.
F.
1-3 days of labor onsite for setup, market, display, arrangement and
number your inventory.
G.
1-½ days onsite to list descriptions and photo each item and lot
being sold.
H.
1-2 days in the office to place each items description and each
photo on our Web Site.
I.
Over 600 e-mails are then sent to Buyers notifying them about
our Web Site updates.
J.
½ day to place the item list into the Auction computer and run off
Buyer’s list copies.
K.
½-1 day for onsite viewing with 2 or more people to answer
questions.
L.
1-2 days to conduct the actual Auction onsite with a staff between
6-15 person Staff which include 1-2 Auctioneers, Auction Clerk,
Cashier, Computer Operator, 1-2 people to Register Buyers, 1-2
people for Bidder Markings on purchased items and a 2-4 people for
supervised Buyer Checkout that keeps the Bidders Buying and not
having to watch their merchandise after they bid.

1-3 person Staff may be required onsite for any deliveries the next
day after the Auction.
