We place our Reputation on the line at each Auction Sale!

  1. Normally it takes a Minimum of 10-14 days to Advertisement and Setup an Auction Sale.

  2. Once an appointment has been make to view your inventory, the Owner and Auctioneer enter into an Auction Contract Agreement.

  3. Listed within the Auction agreement are the Owner’s and Auctioneer’s Responsibilities, Commissions and Fees and Expenses for your Auction Sale.

  4. We are a Professional Full-time Auction Service and charge Professional Fees.

  5. The Commission and Fees are based upon estimated Gross Sales. This includes an Advertising Budget to cover the Geographical area and Markets needed, Labor for onsite setup and preparation, a onsite Auction Viewing time, Auction Day labor and various direct costs that might apply for your sale.

  6. A Buyer’s Fee is used at Adams & Adams Auctions. This fee is charged to the Buyer, not the Owner and is used to offset the cost of doing business between Auction Sales. The Auctioneer retains the Buyers Fee.
